By joining as a paid up member, you will gain the right to attend all of our general meetings, vote at the AGM, and vote on important matters concerning Swiss Citizens and/or the SCM depending on your nationality. Most important, you will support us in our quest to bring together Swiss nationals resident in Malta through the creation of interesting cultural events throughout the year and helping Swiss residents and visitors who may be in need. Together, we are stronger.
We accept members who are Maltese resident Swiss Citizens, their immediate family, and former long term residents of Switzerland now resident in Malta who had gained a C permit or higher and can speak at least one Swiss National Language. The board also can grant membership to persons who have made exceptional contributions to Switzerland, who upon application for membership, are voted in by a majority of the board.

En devenant membre cotisant, vous obtiendrez le droit d’assister à toutes nos assemblées générales, de voter à l’AGA et de voter sur les questions importantes concernant les citoyens suisses et/ou la SCM, en fonction de votre nationalité. Plus important encore, vous nous soutiendrez dans notre quête de réunir les ressortissants suisses résidant à Malte par la création d’événements culturels intéressants tout au long de l’année et en aidant les résidents et visiteurs suisses qui pourraient être dans le besoin. Ensemble, nous sommes plus forts.
Nous acceptons les membres qui sont des citoyens suisses résidant à Malte, leur famille immédiate, ainsi que d’anciens résidents de longue durée de la Suisse désormais résidant à Malte qui avaient obtenu un permis C ou supérieur et qui peuvent parler au moins une langue nationale suisse. Le conseil d’administration peut également accorder l’adhésion à des personnes qui ont apporté des contributions exceptionnelles à la Suisse, et qui, sur demande d’adhésion, sont élues à la majorité par le conseil d’administration.
Durch Ihre kostenpflichtige Mitgliedschaft erhalten Sie das Recht, an all unseren Generalversammlungen teilzunehmen, an der Generalversammlung abzustimmen und je nach Ihrer Nationalität über wichtige Angelegenheiten bezüglich Schweizer Bürger und/oder der SCM abzustimmen. Am wichtigsten ist, dass Sie uns bei unserem Bestreben unterstützen, in Malta ansässige Schweizer Staatsangehörige durch die Organisation interessanter kultureller Veranstaltungen das ganze Jahr über zusammenzubringen und Schweizer Einwohnern und Besuchern, die in Not geraten könnten, zu helfen. Gemeinsam sind wir stärker.
Wir nehmen Mitglieder auf, die in Malta ansässige Schweizer Bürger sind, deren unmittelbare Familie sowie ehemalige langjährige Einwohner der Schweiz, die jetzt in Malta ansässig sind, eine C-Bewilligung oder höher besaßen und mindestens eine schweizerische Landessprache sprechen. Der Vorstand kann auch Personen die Mitgliedschaft gewähren, die aussergewöhnliche Beiträge zur Schweiz geleistet haben und bei Antrag auf Mitgliedschaft mit Stimmenmehrheit des Vorstands gewählt werden.
